  • 1 can evaporated skim milk (chilled)

  • 2/3 cup Splenda

  • 1 package Kool-Aid (yes, you can get these sugar free!!) any flavor you’d like

  • 1 reduced fat Graham Cracker crust

Beat milk until it has doubled in size. Add Splenda and Kool Aid and beat until it’s nice and thick. (takes me about 5-6 minutes) Place in Graham crust and put in fridge. I try to let it set for at least 2 hours.

Makes about 8 servings
